The perfect workout

The simple ones are the best:

  • Warmup: 5 minutes or so on a C2 rower.
  • 5×5 back squats, high bar, ass to ground.
  • 5×5 chins.
  • 5×5 standing presses, strict style.

A guy could get strong on that stuff.

    Also, one or two split jerks after each set of presses works nicely to finish off the metabolic ass-kicking.
