Tyler Cowen on “Winner-Take-All”

Briefly, a book review/comment:

The post is an insightful analysis of one story about income inequality, broken up into bite-sized pieces.  It touches on things like high (or low) marginal tax rates, technology change and sectoral shift, and the growth of wealth in the finance sector.  Each bite-sized piece makes you feel a bit smarter, and at the end you realize that you’re smarter than the sum of the argument’s parts.  Tyler Cowen at his best.

The comments, of course, immediately devolve into pro/anti-union wharrgarbl.
